These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Secret-treats.co.uk, a trading name of Foxyboxes Ltd, registered in Scotland. Company Reg. No. SC290341.

 

Occasionally some items may vary slightly to those shown but will be of similar quality/design and we reserve the right to substitute these.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order subject to a full refund where applicable

Returns:  We take pride in the quality of our gifts and the reliability of our service   however if for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products or have simply changed your mind please contact Secret- treats.co.uk  on 01592 840846 in the first instance or e-mail sales@secret-treats.co.uk. We will happily refund or exchange.

 

If you are returning goods please make sure the original packaging is returned with the item (s) as far as reasonably possible.  Goods can be returned within 21 days of purchase and a full refund will be made. All refunds will be made out to the person who purchased them.
